PILOT FERMENTERS
<< Go Back
Frings produces special reactors for numerous applications, both for industrial production and for special tasks such as research and development:
- Pilot reactors from 8 to 200 litres of volume in polymer materials, glass, or stainless steel
- Battery-operated pilot fermenters for transportation of sensitive microbiological organisms
- Pressure-rated reactors
- Large reactors with several hundred cubic meters of volume for chemical and biological processes
HEINRICH
FRINGS GmbH, a market leader in the design & manufacture
of food and industrial fermentation equipment, has developed a
new pilot fermentation unit for biological production processes.
Due to its modular design, the FRINGS Pilot fermenter PROREACT can be custom configured. This automated, PC-compatible fermenter
is suitable for a broad range of applications in different processes,
including: enzymes, microorganisms, fungi, algae, plant and animal
cells. A choice of static aeration or a FRINGS mixing and aeration
system can be selected to support these processes.
PROREACT is available in standard sizes ranging from 20 litres
to 500 litres. A mechanical defoamer is also available to further
optimize the fermentation process.
