ACETOZYM NUTRIENTS FOR VINEGAR PRODUCTION
Heinrich Frings GmbH in Bonn, Germany has done extensive research to determine the best nutrients for Acetobacter. These bacteria must have the right mix of ingredients for new cell growth, as well as cell sustenance. Our work has produced several formulations of nutrients which are dependent on your vinegar process.
These ACETOZYM nutrients are produced in the US and are blended monthly to ensure a fresh, free-flowing product. The products are provided in 50-pound poly-lined heat-sealed bags for easy handling and improved shelf life.
